Research reports
In 2008, the NMPCC launched the Australian Institute of Criminology research report Missing Persons in Australia which was co-funded by the Australian Federal Police and Attorney-General's Department of NSW. This research provided an up to date overview on the missing persons' population in Australia. It was the first time since 1998 that research of this scale was undertaken into the missing persons population in Australia.
