Andrew Dymott is a qualified electrician and was attending a family barbecue in Mt Eliza when he went missing on 10 January 1999.
He was last seen by his father in the early afternoon walking to his car which was parked out on the street.
Andrew did not return from his vehicle and has not been seen since.
