Circumstances

Trevor Bailey was 25-years-old at the time of his disappearance and had been residing at Burrawong Court, Rocherlea Tasmania. He last contacted his mother in Launceston on 6 January 1993. STD beeps indicated that he was possibly interstate.
Trevor was last seen at Launceston Airport on 16 January 1993. He has not been seen or heard from since and police and his family hold very grave fears for his safety.
It is believed Trevor may have spent some time living in Nerang in Queensland after his disappearance and further information was received that he had spent time in South Australia.
Prior to his disappearance Trevor had spent time in Western Australia and information was received that he may have returned to Western Australia, to the Kununurra area in about 1996, three years after he was reported missing.
Trevor’s disappearance has been treated as suspicious. Despite numerous enquiries interstate Trevor has not been located. It is highly possible he is using another name or has assumed another identity. He is not currently wanted by police for any other reason than being reported missing.
Trevor’s family would dearly love to hear from him and know he is okay.
