Circumstances

Mark Moylan was 42-years-old when he went missing. He was last seen on the evening of 25 January 2014 when he was rowing his dinghy a short distance to his vessel moored at Gravelly Beach Marina. He was observed not to be wearing a life jacket.
On 26 January 2014 Mark’s dinghy was found washed ashore at Paper Beach, Northern Tasmania.
Extensive searches and enquiries have failed to locate Mark, who has not been seen since this time.
